​Mark has twenty years of experience in enterprise systems implementations, Operational Excellence, business process improvement and defining strategic business and technology roadmaps. While most of Mark’s experience has been in Manufacturing (primarily Food and Beverage), his experience includes engagements in Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Research and Development.

Mark is very experienced in helping executive clients articulate and implement strategic goals and transforming those into operational initiatives. He succeeds on complex and challenging business transformational projects by focusing on the basics (clear goals, true consensus and alignment, and realistic planning) while also interjecting significant business experience gathering throughout his career.
